Have you tried our summer menu yet? Our seasonal menu is now in its summer version, and this menu will be available until September 9. It will end soon, so please check back to see if there is anything you forgot to try.

Thinly sliced North Seawater octopus 790 yen (without tax)

The "North Sea Water Octopus Thinly Sliced" is thinly sliced fresh water octopus from Hokkaido. The water octopus has a slight sweetness and is so tender that you may forget to chew it. Served with a refreshing ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice), it will help you get through the rest of the summer heat. It is a very popular dish that goes well with both sake and beer.

Teriyaki chicken wings made from Japanese chicken wings and flavored with curry. Do you know which part is called "tebasaki"? The wing part of a chicken is called "tebane," and "tebasaki" is the part of the wing tip that has joints and is shaped like the letter "ku" (the shape of the word "ku"). It is a tasty part with such a rich flavor that it can be used to make a good soup stock. Even if you make a strong curry flavor, you can still taste the delicious chicken flavor.
