ピリ辛ミンチがアクセント！身も心もポカポカ！

今回ご紹介するのは、通常のもつ鍋を当店流にアレンジした「台湾もつ鍋（2人前より承ります）」なんですね。立ちのぼる湯気がたまりませんよね。

鮮度抜群のプリプリの牛もつは脂身も甘くて旨味もたっぷり、口の中でじんわりしみわたりますよ。
さらには、アクセントとしてピリ辛ミンチがとっても効いていて、思わず汗ばむほど。これは体が温まります。

ニラなどの野菜もしっかり摂れて、肌寒い季節にはぴったりのお鍋です。

ビールや日本酒、焼酎などともにお召し上がりになった後は、追加メニューとして、「雑炊用ごはん」や「ラーメン」、「うどん」もご用意しておりますので、最後の〆まで満喫していただけますよ。

 

箸休めとしてシンプルな一品をどうぞ！

当店では、「まるごと冷やしトマト　～セロリ塩を添えて～」のように素材の良さを活かしたシンプルな一品もご用意しております。お肉料理が続いた後の箸休めなどにもぴったりですよ。
