寒さもいよいよ本番を迎え毎日寒い日が続いております。朝はお布団からなかなか出ることができないという方が多いのではないでしょうか。冬は寒いだけではりません。冬はおいしい味覚が盛りだくさん！寒さに負けずおいしいお料理を食べて冬を楽しみませんか。今日は、当店の期間限定でお出ししている「季節のおすすめメニュー」をご紹介します。

 

寒い冬には体の芯から温まるお鍋が一番！

「濃厚白湯の寄せ小鍋」890円（税抜き）

寒い冬は、冬野菜をたっぷり使ったあたたかいお鍋がおいしいですね。当店では、野菜や鶏肉に魚介と素材の旨みがたっぷりと染み出した白湯仕立てのお鍋をご用意。濃厚な味わいなのにあっさりとしていて野菜もいっぱい採れるので栄養満点！体の芯から温まり、身も心も癒されるお料理です。

 

食感と味わいダブルでおいしく楽しめます

「セロリのラー油五秒漬け」490円（税抜き）

爽やかな香りとシャキシャキした歯ごたえが特徴の香味野菜であるセロリにレモンの風味とラー油でさっぱりと漬けました。セロリの歯ごたえにピリ辛で酸味のきいたラー油が相性抜群！ビールや日本酒のお供にもおすすめです。

ほかにも、「炙り鴨のセリ鍋」や「大分郷土料理寒ブリのりゅうきゅう」などもございます。どれも期間限定となっております。今しか楽しめないお料理をぜひご堪能あれ！
