Season's Special Menu: Enjoy Winter to the Fullest

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Okayama Honmachi branch.

February is the coldest month of the year! How about a dish using ingredients that are delicious and in season during this cold season? Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Recommendations" menu that allows you to enjoy winter to the fullest.

In this issue, we will introduce "Seasonal Recommendations" that can be enjoyed only now.

 

One-pot dishes that warm you up

Winter is a time for dishes that warm the body to the core. At our restaurant, we offer a variety of "nabe" dishes that are gentle on the body and delightful to eat.

Yose small hot pot of thick white soup 890 yen (tax not included)
You can enjoy the rich flavor from the ingredients in this shiratsuyu (white hot water)! Enjoy our "Yose-konabe" which is rich but not cloying.

Seared duck in a seri pot 1,290 yen (tax not included)
Seri, one of the seven spring herbs, is in season from February to April! It is a seasonal ingredient. Seared duck served with Japanese parsley, pea shoots, etc. is available with zosui (rice porridge), ramen noodles, or udon noodles to finish the dish.

Please spend a warming time around the hot pot with everyone.

 

Enjoy the winter in Oita with "cold yellowtail Ryukyu

Ryukyu, a local delicacy of Oita, is a delicious sashimi of yellowtail marinated in sesame soy sauce, which makes Japanese sake and shochu so good. The fatty, cold yellowtail has a great crunchy texture! We use our original kneaded sesame seeds for the finishing touch.

In addition, we also offer seasonal desserts that are only available now.
