二月は、一年の中でも一番寒い時期！寒いこの時期においしい旬を迎えた食材を使ったお料理はいかがですか？当店では、冬を満喫いただける「季節のおすすめ」メニューをご用意しています。

今回は、今だけ楽しめる「季節のおすすめ」をご紹介します。

 

ポカポカにあたたまる「鍋」料理

冬といえば、体の芯まであたたまるメニューの出番が多くなりますね。当店では、体に優しい、うれしい「鍋」料理をご用意しています。

・濃厚白湯の寄せ小鍋　890円（税抜）
食材から出る旨みがたっぷりたのしめる白湯！濃厚なのにしつこくないおいしい「寄せ小鍋」をどうぞ。

・炙り鴨のセリ鍋　　1,290円（税抜）
春の七草のひとつにはいる「セリ」は、2月から4月に向けて旬を迎え、今まさに旬！な食材です。セリ、豆苗などと一緒に食べる炙り鴨鍋は、〆に雑炊、ラーメン、うどんをご用意しています。

皆さまでお鍋を囲んでぽかぽかと温まるひとときをお過ごしください。

 

大分の冬を満喫「寒ブリのりゅうきゅう」

大分の郷土料理「りゅうきゅう」は、ブリを胡麻醤油漬にした日本酒、焼酎がすすむ絶品のお刺身です。脂がのった寒ブリは歯ごたえも最高！当店では、仕上げにオリジナルの練り胡麻を使っています。

このほかにも、今だけの季節のおすすめデザートもご用意しています。
