Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Okayama Honmachi branch.

 

The signature dish at Rakuzo Oka Yamamotocho is authentic aburi, grilled by the hands of our chefs. Please visit us when you want to enjoy a hearty seared dish or when you want to pair it with shochu or sake.

Today, we would like to introduce you to some of the authentic seared dishes that we are proud to offer. We hope you will enjoy our authentic seared dishes in a calm atmosphere in a private room.

 

Artisan Grilled Oyama Bird Skewers

Our popular chicken skewers are made from Daisen Dori, a brand-name local chicken. The tender and umami-rich Oyama chicken skewers are available in a wide range of cuts, from common cuts such as momo (thigh), kawa (skin), and negima (green onion) to gizzard and hatsu (heart).

We also offer a five-piece platter of popular parts of the dish, which is recommended for sharing with everyone at the table.

 

Authentic seared dishes prepared with just the right amount of heat

The authentic seared dishes we offer are grilled slowly by our chefs, who adjust the heat level. Our seared herb sausage, blackened oyadori chicken, and dice steak of US medium-rare ribs are perfect with beer.

We also offer steaks made from rare beef minced meat and the popular seared beef tongue. Please visit us when you are looking for a higher grade of meat menu.

 

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please be sure to try our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We are also proud of our original dishes. Unlike ordinary izakaya restaurants, we focus on dishes other than snacks, so even those who do not drink alcohol can enjoy our food.
