職人が焼き上げる大山どりの串焼き

おつまみとしても人気の鶏の串焼きは、当店ではブランド地鶏である大山どりを使用しております。やわらかくうまみたっぷりの大山どりの串焼きは、ももやかわ、ねぎまなどの一般的な部位から、砂肝やハツなど幅広い部位までご提供しております。

人気の部位を盛り合わせにした5種盛り合わせもご提供しておりますので、テーブルの皆様でのシェアにもおすすめです。

 

絶妙な火加減でつくる本格炙り

当店でご提供している本格炙りは、職人が火加減を調節しじっくりと焼き上げます。ビールにぴったりのハーブソーセージの炙りや親鳥の黒焼き、US産の中落ちカルビのサイコロステーキをご用意しております。

また、希少部位の牛みすじ肉を使ったステーキや、人気の牛タンの炙りもご用意。ワンランク上のお肉メニューを食べたいときにもぜひお越しください。
