希少部位「ミスジ」をステーキで

1頭からわずか1kgしかとれない希少部位「ミスジ」を、当店ではステーキでお召しあがりいただけます。ミスジは赤みと脂肪のバランスが良く、ウデ（カタ肉）の中では1番おいしいとされる高級部位です。

「特選　牛ミスジのステーキ」は、ミスジの霜降りのおいしさを存分に味わっていただけるように、薄くスライスしたものをサッと炙って、特製ソースをかけてお持ちいたします。玉ねぎとリンゴの甘めのソースがとってもおいしいと大好評！お肉にしっかり絡めて、ぜひどうぞ。

 

食べ比べるのが楽しいメニュー

ひとくちにお肉といっても、牛や豚、鶏肉はそれぞれおいしさがまったく異なりますよね。お肉を少量ずつ食べ比べて楽しめるメニューが「楽蔵の3種肉盛り」です。中落カルビ、特選豚、若どりの3種類を盛り合わせにしてお持ちします。お好みはどれでしょうか。お肉に付けるソースも数種類ご用意しますので、マッチングをお楽しみいただくのもおすすめ。冷えたビールと一緒がおすすめです！
