Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Okayama Honmachi branch.

During this cold season, "motsu nabe" is delicious and warms you from the inside out. The plump texture of the meat and the abundance of vegetables make it a health and beauty dish! In this issue, we would like to introduce our signature motsu nabe. We hope you will find it useful.

Rakura's signature dish, motsu nabe, uses only Japan's finest white meat. The soup is made from a secret broth that is infused with the delicious flavor of the entrails and vegetables, and is filled with plump, tender entrails and plenty of vegetables, making this dish even more delicious in the cold winter months. It is a great way to relieve vegetable deficiency as you can naturally consume vegetables as well!

We accept orders for a minimum of two servings of motsu-nabe, which goes well with beer, highballs, sake, and shochu.
