Our restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes made with meat and fish. Among our many dishes, our seared seafood menu is especially popular with sake and shochu drinkers.

Boasting of its fatty taste, today's kama-yaki (grilled fish cakes)

Kama," as it is known in grilled tuna, is the part of the tuna that is adjacent to the otoro (fatty part of the tuna). Therefore, it is characterized by being richly marbled with fat like otoro. We offer "Today's Kama-yaki", grilled kama of freshly purchased fish of the day, for 650 yen (excluding tax). Please enjoy the rich, fatty flavor of the fish.

 

Seared squid with sweet and spicy sauce that goes well with beer.

するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り

This dish is grilled with a generous amount of sweet and spicy sauce that reminds one of a festival stall. Because the squid is fresh, it is not too soft but has a nice elasticity. Served with mayonnaise to taste. 690 yen (excluding tax).

In addition to the items introduced here, we also offer a variety of other seared seafood dishes, such as "Aburi-shime saba (mackerel) 850 yen (excluding tax)," in which the skin is grilled to a savory perfection.
