なかなか食べられない！入手困難な牛ミスジのステーキ

肉好きの間でも人気の部位ミスジ。ミスジは肩甲骨の裏側の肉で牛一頭からわずか3ｋｇほどしか取れない希少部位です。あまり動かさない部位なのでなんといっても柔らかい肉質が特徴。また脂身が多すぎず少なすぎずそのバランスが大変よく、格別なおいしさが味わえます。当店では、牛ミスジのステーキを玉ねぎとリンゴを使ったソースであっさりとお召し上がりいただいております。肉質のうまみをとことんご堪能ください。

 

一皿で鶏、豚、牛が味わえる楽蔵の3種肉盛り

こちらは当店人気メニュー、若鶏、特選豚、中落ちカルビの3種類の肉盛りです。鶏、豚、牛どれも好きで選べない、そんな肉好きの方も納得の一品です。ソースも3種類あるので、味変を楽しむこともできますよ。

 

厚みのあるタンを丁寧に炙っています

当店の炙り職人が、丁寧に焼き上げた炙りタンはとても柔らかくジューシー。タンが持つ本来のうまみを味わうため厚めにカットしているので食べ応えも抜群です。
