しっかり脂がのってます　本日のカマ焼き

マグロのカマ焼きなどで知られる「カマ」とはマグロで言うならば大トロに隣接している部位のことです。そのため脂が霜降りのようにたっぷりとのっているのが特徴となります。当店では「本日のカマ焼き」として、その日ごとの新鮮なお魚のカマ焼きをご提供しております。715円（税込）でのご提供です。たっぷりとお魚の脂の旨味を是非お酒といっしょにお楽しみください。

 

ほどよい弾力　するめ烏賊の甘辛炙り

お祭りの屋台を思い出すような甘辛のタレをたっぷりとからめて焼き上げました。鮮度のよいイカだからこそ、柔らかくもほどよい弾力が楽しめる一品です。お好みでマヨネーズをつけてお召し上がりください。ビールとよく合いますよ。759円（税込）でご提供しております。

今回ご紹介したもの以外にも、皮目を香ばしく焼き上げて仕上げる「炙り〆鯖　935円（税込）」など、さまざまな魚介の炙りメニューをご用意しております。
