楽蔵のお肉メニューといえばこれ！

当店のお肉メニューのなかでも人気が高いのが、「楽蔵の3種肉盛り」です。『中落ちカルビ』『特選豚』『若鳥』というお肉の種類が異なる3種が、少量ずつ一度に楽しめる一品。ボリュームもあり、食べ比べて楽しめる、ちょっぴりお得感のあるメニューです。ビールやワインがどんどんすすむ、お肉の絶品おつまみ。ぜひお試しください。

 

炙りのひとてまがポイント！

お魚メニューのなかからピックアップするのは、「炙りサーモンのお刺身　大葉おろし添え」。脂ののったサーモンを、大葉おろしでサッパリと。仕上げサーモンの表面をサッと炙って、香ばしさをアップ。炙ることでサーモンの身の内側の脂を引き出し、ますますおいしく仕上げています。
