We offer a variety of kushiyaki skewers made from Daisen-dori, a brand-name local chicken. We offer a wide variety of skewers, from standard cuts of chicken such as momo, skin, negima, liver, and tsukune to cuts such as hatsu, bonjiri, seseri, and gizzard. Seared meats grilled by artisans

We have prepared a variety of seared meats such as seared herb sausage and blackened shoulder of Daisen chicken and Japanese oyadori chicken mix, which go well with beer, seared shoulder of selected pork served with oni oroshi ponzu, popular seared beef tongue, and steak of beef meatballs, a rare part of beef.
