The Aburi Kaiseki Course is a course in which you can enjoy our specialty dish, the hand-crafted aburi, as the main course. The course is centered around a Japanese black beef steak and the chef's special selection of sashimi.4The menu features an assortment of dishes using high quality and seasonal ingredients, such as a three kinds of assortment, steamed sea bream with toji (sea bream), fried bamboo shoots with sandwiches and pork wrapped with asparagus tempura.

There is also a course where you can surround yourself with Japanese Wagyu beef sukiyaki.

Sukiyaki is the most popular type of hot pot in Japan. At our restaurant, we have prepared a course in which you can enjoy a sumptuous sukiyaki dish using only Japanese Wagyu beef as the main course. This course also includes pork-wrapped tempura with fried bamboo shoots and asparagus, steamed egg custard, and udon noodles as a finisher, so you will be satisfied with the volume of your meal.
