Oysters are one of the most popular seafood ingredients that come into season in winter. Large, plump oysters are delicious raw, grilled, or deep-fried, but this time, we simmered them in a gentle flavor as "Oyster Yanagawa Style" and softly bound them with an egg. The eggs are a perfect way to enjoy the delicious broth from the oysters. Please enjoy the gentle flavor that goes well with sake or shochu.

Enjoy the seven spring flowers

One of the seven spring herbs, Japanese parsley, plays a starring role in Rakuzo's "Seri Nabe" dish. With its delicious crunchy texture, seri is a perfect partner for meat. The nabe's ingredients include plenty of chicken tsukune, momo (thigh), and mune meat. You can enjoy the delicious marriage of seri and meat.
