単品で楽しめる鮮魚のお造り

当店では、その日に仕入れた鮮魚を使った本日のお造りをご用意しました。その日の仕入れによってお造りの内容が異なります。旬のお魚のお造りを気軽に楽しみたいときにおすすめです。人気の炙りサーモンのお造りもご用意しております。炙ることでサーモンのうまみと香ばしさがアップした一品です。添えた大葉おろしと一緒にさっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。

当店でご提供している鮮魚は盛り合わせもご用意しております。旬の魚を中心に、3品盛り、5品盛りをそろえました。いろいろな旬の魚を楽しみたいときはもちろん、テーブルでシェアをしたいときにもおすすめです。
