Rakuzo Okayama Honmachi offers an exquisite menu using seasonal ingredients.

The most recommended item is the "2 eel kabayaki skewers" made of thick eel. The fatty eel is carefully grilled, making it a perfect dish to replenish your stamina in the summer!　This is our signature dish.

We also recommend the "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho salt," a sumptuous dish using freshly cured hamo (conger eel). The contrast between the crispy batter and the fluffy meat is exquisite. Please enjoy it with grated plum paste and sansho salt.
