肉質の良い大山どりを使用

看板メニューの焼き鳥串は、ご来店の際に毎回オーダーいただいているお客様も多いのではないでしょうか。当店の焼き鳥串には肉質の良さで知られる「大山どり」を使用しています。自然豊かな大山山麓で丁寧に育てられた大山どりは、クセや臭みが少なく抜群においしいですよ！ジューシーなのにしつこくなく、焼き鳥串が何本でも食べられそうと評判です。

炙りは技術の高い調理師が担当いたします。絶妙な炙り加減で、それぞれの部位の一番おいしい状態でお持ちいたします。ぜひご期待ください。

 

期間限定メニューも

「大山どりねぎま串」や「大山どり皮串」などおいしい部位はたくさんありますが、期間限定メニューもあるのをご存じでしょうか。現在は、春の限定メニューとして「青唐チーズつくね串」をご用意しています。軟骨入りのふんわりつくねに、甘辛いタレとチーズがベストマッチ！青唐の辛みが全体を爽やかにまとめてくれています。期間限定メニューですので、食べ忘れのないようお早めのオーダーがおすすめです。生ビールとも好相性。ぜひご一緒にお召し上がりください。
