Standard and Popular White Motsunabe

Motsu-nabe is popular both as a Hakata specialty and as one of Japan's most delicious hot pots. At our restaurant, we offer a standard white motsunabe. We use only domestically produced shimachou (Japanese chow) in our motsu nabe, which is carefully prepped. This ensures that the meat has no odor and is very tender.

Taiwanese Motsunabe with an irresistible spiciness

We also offer Taiwanese motsunabe, which is a hot pot of beef and vegetables topped with Taiwanese minced fish. The spicy Taiwanese minced fish gives the hot pot a spicy kick, making it a great choice for those who want something a little different from the usual.

You can order additional motsu-nabe (hot pot with vegetables and fish), as well as udon, zosui (rice porridge), or ramen noodles to finish off your meal. We hope you will enjoy our signature motsu-nabe, which is delicious from snacks to the final meal.
