The course content is seasonally inspired, using a variety of seasonal ingredients such as autumn vegetables and autumn fish.

The course features a double main dish of "Tempura of Red Fish and Squid with Yuzu Sesame Sauce" and "Grilled Selected Pork with Truffle Sauce" and a well-balanced course that includes seafood, meat, and plenty of vegetables. When in doubt, why not make a reservation for this course?

The 8-course menu, from appetizers to sweet dishes, includes the chef's special sashimi assortment andEnjoy a variety of delicacies using Gindara (silver cod), Nodoguro (bluefin tuna), and Japanese black beef.
