お酒好きさんはクリスマスパーティーをターキーやフライドチキンではなく、焼き鳥で乾杯するのはいかがでしょうか。今回は、テイクアウトしていただける、当店自慢の焼き鳥をご紹介します。

テイクアウトは盛り合わせで

当店自慢のテイクアウトが「大山どり　串焼き盛り合わせ5本（たれ・塩）」です。肉質の良さに定評がある国産大山どりを使用したぜいたくな味わいは、一度食べたら何度でも食べたくなると大好評。いろいろな部位の盛り合わせなので、5本あっても食べ飽きることがありません。なかでもおすすめなのは「たれ」で、ちょっぴり濃いめの甘辛い特製たれは、生ビールやレモンサワー、焼酎などと相性抜群。お酒をおいしく飲みたい方のクリスマスパーティーには、焼き鳥がぴったりではないでしょうか。

テイクアウトの焼き鳥は、ほかにも「大山どり　軟骨入りつくね串　3本（たれ）」をご用意しています。ふっくら＆コリコリ食感のつくね串もぜひどうぞ。盛り合わせは5本で1,100円（税込み）、つくね串は3本で690円（税込み）でお持ち帰りいただけます。事前にご予約いただき、受け渡しの日時をお知らせください。

温めはトースターかフライパンで

お店での焼きたてがベストですがお持ち帰りいただいて温め直すときには、電子レンジではなくトースターやフライパンがおすすめです。表面をカリッと仕上げることで、お店でお召し上がりいただくような香ばしさが復活しますよ。焦げに気を付けて、トースターやフライパンでの温め直しに挑戦してみてください。
