RAKUZO-OKAYAMA HONMACHI offers the perfect cuisine to accompany your drinks in a relaxed, modern Japanese-style private room setting. Among the menu items offered at the restaurant, the signature dish is aburi.

Today we would like to introduce our famous seared dishes, which are prepared by our chefs with exquisite heat. It goes well with premium shochu and sake. We hope you will enjoy it.

We have prepared popular chicken skewers that can be eaten in one hand. We offer a variety of skewers including momo, skin, negima, liver, tsukune with cartilage, and the brand name Jidori chicken, Daisen-dori (Daisen chicken).

If you want to try a variety of parts, we recommend the platter, which is also great for sharing with a table of six.

We have prepared a variety of dishes, including a rare part of Daisen-dori chicken tenderloin grilled on a large skewer with salt and wasabi, seared coarsely ground basil sausage with a refreshing basil flavor, seared pork shoulder with oni oroshi ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste, and a rare and tender steak of special beef meat tenderloin with grated onion and apple sauce. We have also prepared a special beef steak with grated onion and apple sauce.

We also have Rakura's 3-kinds large skewers meat platter (beef mid-roasted ribs large skewer, pork shoulder loin large skewer, and chicken tenderloin large skewer) for sharing, which offers 3 different types of seared meat.
