一工夫が光るおいしい創作系メニュー

一工夫が光る、オリジナリティあふれる創作系メニューをそろえております。さっぱり食べられるたぬき豆冨や、秘伝のタレで食べるパリパリ鶏皮、もちののびる食感とパリッとした食感両方が楽しめる揚げ餅海苔まみれ、ポン酢でさっぱり食べられる、帆立の貝ひもポン酢をご用意しました。

ほかにも辛さとチーズの酸味がくせになる北海道クリームチーズのラー油和え、辛味にパリパリ、サクサク食感が楽しめる辛子レンコンの揚げ春巻き、お酒がどんどん進む栃尾揚げの炙りや自家製チーズかまぼこ、素材を活かしたやわらか豆富と白菜の旨煮や、三元豚の黒酢酢豚をご用意しました。

オリジナリティあふれるだし巻き玉子もどうぞ

人気のおつまみだし巻き玉子も、オリジナリティあふれる創作系メニューをそろえました。スタンダードな出汁香るこだわりのだし巻き玉子をはじめ、出汁をあんで仕上げたあんかけ出汁巻玉子、濃厚なタルタルの味わいがたまらないタルタルソースの出汁巻玉子、がつんとうまみがつまっているすき焼き出汁巻サンドをご用意しました。
