Delicious and creative menus with a twist

We have a creative menu full of originality with a twist. Tanuki Tofu for a refreshing meal, crispy chicken skin with secret sauce, deep-fried rice cake with seaweed, and ponzu (citrus juice) flavored scalloped shellfish.

Other dishes include Hokkaido cream cheese with raayu, the spiciness of which is addictive, and the sourness of the cheese; deep-fried spring rolls with spicy lotus root, which is crispy and crunchy; seared Tochio-age fish paste and homemade cheese fish paste, which will make you drink more and more; soft tofu and Chinese cabbage stew that makes the most of the ingredients; and black vinegar pork with sanyon pork. We have also prepared a black vinegar-glazed pork with sangenboku pork.

You can also try our original dashimaki tamago (rolled egg)

We have prepared a creative menu full of originality for our popular snacks, dashimaki tamago. In addition to the standard dashimaki tamago with dashi aroma, we also offer an ankake dashimaki tamago (dashimaki tamago with starchy sauce), a dashimaki tamago with tartar sauce that has a rich tartar flavor, and a sukiyaki dashimaki sandwich that is full of umami.
