The "Four Seasons Kaiseki Course" offered at our restaurant is a course that includes a wide variety of high-class menu items. In addition to appetizers and a seafood menu that includes four kinds of sashimi specially selected by the chef, saikyo-yaki silver cod, tempura of nodoguro and king prawn, and steamed egg custard with crab innards, we also offer a main course of Japanese black beef steak, a meal of seafood in sesame sauce, and a dessert.
