I have heard of arajiru, but what kind of dish is it? Some of you may wonder, \"What kind of dish is this? Ara-jiru is a soup made from the fish left over when the fish is cut into three pieces. Often, large fish with a lot of meat are used for ara-jiru. For example, kampachi, sea bream, yellowtail, salmon, sea bream, tuna, and kawahagi are often used.
