Hello, I am the PR person in charge of RAKUZO Omiya East Exit Ekimae Branch.

Our restaurant offers a seasonal menu only available now, using an abundance of "seasonal" ingredients that can be enjoyed only in Japan, which has four distinct seasons.

We introduce our "Season's Recommendations" menu, which uses ingredients that are in season in winter to an extravagant degree.

 

Excellent "cold yellowtail" with a lot of fat

Oita's local delicacy: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) 990 yen (tax not included)

Yellow-tail is said to be "cold yellowtail", and the best yellow-tail is in season during the coldest months of the year.

Ryukyu, a famous Oita local dish using delicious yellowtail, is yellowtail sashimi marinated in sesame soy sauce. We prepare it with our original kneaded sesame seeds.

Please enjoy the excellent dishes that will make your sake and shochu soar.

 

One-pot dish using Japanese parsley, one of the seven spring herbs

It is said that eating the seven spring herbs will prevent all illnesses, and the seven herbs include gogogyo, suzushiro, suzuna, seri, nazuna, hakobe, and hotoke no za. We offer a nabe dish using "Seri" (Japanese parsley), which is one of the seven herbs.

Seri" looks similar to mitsuba, but mitsuba has three leaves and seri has five, so please take a look. Please enjoy a dinner party with everyone around a hot pot dish that is full of vegetables such as "duck," which is easy to eat without any peculiarities, "seri" with its roots, and "mitsuba" (bean sprouts).
