We now offer take-out of our kushiyaki skewers, which are served as part of our izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu. Our kushiyaki skewers are made from "Daisen-dori," Tottori's locally raised chicken, which has a hearty and juicy flavor! We recommend them as a side dish for dinner or as an accompaniment to your evening meal.

Other dishes include the fluffy "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago" and the hearty "wakadori no tatsuta-age (5-can portion).

We have just introduced our single dish menu, but we also have a "Chicken Cuisine Assortment (Ie-nomi Set)" that is perfect for enjoying at home with family and friends. The set includes mainly chicken dishes (dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), liver skewers, negima (green onion) skewers, fried young chicken tornada, tsukune skewers with cartilage, fried silver skin of gizzard, etc.).
