熊本県産　ヒゴムラサキ使用　肉味噌焼き茄子／605円（税込）

皆さん「ヒゴムラサキ」という茄子をご存知でしょうか。夏野菜のイメージがある茄子ですが、ヒゴムラサキは、春と秋の年に2回収穫期があります。果肉や皮が柔らかくジューシーな味が特徴です。当店では、肉味噌をのせて焼き上げ、お酒が進む一品に仕上げました。ぜひご賞味ください。
