A gem of dashi broth that Japanese people love to eat.

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Omiya Higashiguchi Ekimae Store.

When it comes to Japanese food, the key ingredient is dashi. When the aroma of dashi broth wafts softly from the dishes being served, Japanese people feel a sense of relief and tenderness.

In this issue, we would like to introduce you to an excellent dish that allows you to fully enjoy our signature dashi broth.

Fluffy texture, dashi broth-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg)

Our most popular item, "Dashi-scented Dashi-maki Tamago (rolled egg)". It is baked with a rich broth made from dried bonito flakes from Makurazaki and kelp from Hokkaido. With each bite, you can savor the flavor of the broth as it spreads in your mouth.

Perfect to finish the day with today's soup

Today's "Ara-jiru" soup, made from the fish of the day, is popular as a dish to finish off the meal. The ara-jiru is made by adding fish guts to the broth, and is full of the flavor of fish. The ara-jiru also has the effect of preventing hangovers after drinking. Even if you are full, arai-jiru can be drunk without hesitation, and is recommended as a last dish.

Tofu with "abalone broth" filled with "abalone broth" (dashi broth)

Ago-dashi is dashi soup stock made from flying fish. Flying fish, which fly over the sea, have well-developed muscles and low fat content, making them a high-end product used by ryotei (Japanese-style restaurants) to produce high-quality, flavorless dashi. Some people believe that the reason it is called "chin dashi" is because it is so tasty that the jaws fall off. This dish brings out the best of both tofu and dashi broth.

Rakuzo is a Japanese dining room with all private rooms.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for various occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment, dinners, medium-sized banquets, and large groups.

We will color your banquet with dishes that are popular among men and women of all ages. Please enjoy our most popular dishes such as beef tongue and grilled skewers. We also have original dishes that we are proud of. Unlike ordinary izakaya restaurants, we focus on dishes other than snacks, so even those who do not drink alcohol can enjoy our food.

We look forward to serving you all.
