Introduced first is the "Assorted Chicken Dishes (House Drinking Set)" for families to enjoy. This set includes dashimaki tamago (rolled egg), liver skewers, negima skewers, young chicken tornada-age skewers, tsukune skewers with cartilage, and fried gizzard silver skin. It is recommended as a side dish for rice or as a snack for home-drinking. We hope you will enjoy it.
