Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg) with a lot of baby sardines / 770 yen (tax included)

This dish is an arrangement of the dashimaki tamago, a popular izakaya staple. Many people naturally order dashimaki tamago at the sake bar, where they can enjoy the gentle flavor of the dashi broth. We have prepared "Dosari Shirasu no Dashimaki Tamago (Dashimaki Tamago with plenty of Shirasu)," which is such a dashimaki tamago topped with shirasu (baby sardines) rich in calcium.

There is also a regular "Dashi-scented Kochi Dashimaki Tamago / 693 yen (tax included)", so please enjoy it as you like.
