Rakuzo Osaka Honmachi, known for its searing technique and fresh ingredients, has started its seasonal specialty menu! The menu features tteokbokki, a popular Korean dish that everyone is familiar with these days. We also offer many other dishes that will warm your body and soul.
 

Tteokbokki, similar to Akita's famous hot pot

Kiritanpo is one of the most famous nabe in Akita. The hard-boiled rice becomes an ingredient in the hot pot, warming the body and soul from the core. Toppogi, which reminds one of the shape of kiritanpo, is as tasty as kiritanpo. Chewy, glutinous, and full of flavor, tteokbokki is different from Japanese rice cakes, and has many fans regardless of nationality. The addition of potatoes makes it even warmer.

Accompanying the kusa nabe is seared duck. Of course, the duck is the real main course, but plenty of crunchy vegetables such as bean sprouts and Japanese parsley enhance the delicious flavor of the rich fatty duck.
