It is now mid-December, and it is getting colder and colder, and it looks like snow is about to start flying.
While hot pot course meals are very popular at our restaurant, we also offer hot pot dishes as individual items.
This time, we are introducing the "Seared Duck Seri Nabe" and "Yose Ko Nabe", both of which are a bit unusual. The small pots can be ordered by one person, so please enjoy them when you stop by on your way home from work.
 

Seri nabe is a local dish of Miyagi Prefecture! It is full of nutrients and very healthy!

Seri nabe is a local dish of Miyagi Prefecture. It is a nutritious nabe that uses celeri from root to leaf tip and is filled with bean sprouts and vegetables.
Chicken thighs are usually used, but we prepare seared duck meat. It is a nabe with a mature taste.
Additional vegetables and closing charges are as follows
Three kinds of chicken / Seri pot vegetables 690 yen (tax not included)
Zosui (rice porridge) set: 200 yen (excluding tax)
Ramen noodles 200 yen (excluding tax)

Yose-nabe of thick white soup 890 yen (tax not included)
This is a yose-nabe (hot pot) of thick white hot water that can be ordered by one person.
It was made very filling with plenty of chicken, tsukune, shimeji and enoki mushrooms, tofu and leafy vegetables.
It is full of flavor and very rich, but has a clean aftertaste that allows you to drink up to the broth.
Please enjoy this dish as it warms your body to the core.
