ぜいたく食材を使った全9品

【和洋折衷コース】は、ぜいたくな食材をたっぷりつかった豪華なコース料理です。全9品に登場する食材は、活〆煮穴子、北海ずわい蟹、広島産牡蠣、海老、黒毛和牛など。食材をチェックするだけでもいかにぜいたくなコースかが伝わりますね。
メインとなるのは「黒毛和牛のステーキ」です。旨みたっぷりの黒毛和牛を絶妙な焼き加減でお持ちしますので、柔らかでジューシーなおいしさを楽しんでいただけますよ。

当店のコース料理は、どれも飲み放題がセットになっています。通常は約60種類のドリンクが自由に楽しめるスタンダード飲み放題がセットされていますが、【和洋折衷コース】の場合はこちらを無料でプレミアム飲み放題にグレードアップさせていただきます。プレミアム飲み放題では、選べるドリンクの種類が約100種類ととても豪華になります。
入手困難な人気の日本酒や、銘柄焼酎、スパークリングワインなども飲み放題でお楽しみいただけますよ。おいしいお料理とお好みのドリンクで、楽しいひとときをお過ごしください。
