The special soy sauce-based sauce is applied over and over again, taking care not to damage the rice, and the rice balls are grilled to a golden brown over time. The savory smell of the grilled rice ball will spread in the air. Enjoy the texture of the rice as it becomes golden brown.
This simple dish takes a long time to cook, so we recommend ordering a little early. 539 yen for two (tax included).
 

Small but filling - TKG with yakitori tsukune (grilled chicken meatballs) to finish

Tsukune with cartilage, a popular item on the skewer menu, is topped with egg yolk and plenty of scallions on white rice. Please remove the tsukune from the skewer and loosen it with chopsticks before serving. The key to tasting this dish is to mix the rich sauce of the tsukune with the egg yolk thoroughly. 605 yen (tax included).
