当店の看板メニューは、大山どりの焼き鳥です。自然豊かな大山山麓でのびのびと育てられた「大山どり」は、ジューシーな脂が肉の旨みを引き出した絶品の食材といわれています。それを職人が1本1本丹念に炙りました。
皮にもも、ねぎま、レバーに砂肝など、味も食感も異なるさまざまな部位をご堪能いただけます。何を頼むか迷ってしまうというお客さまのために、盛り合わせもご用意しております。
