Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Osaka Honmachi Ekimae Branch.
One of our signature dishes that boasts a high repeat customer rate is the "Dashi-scented Kochi Dashimaki Tamago" (dashi rolled egg). This extremely delicious dish is made with a generous amount of golden broth that is carefully strained by our chefs every morning. A new twist on the popular dashimaki tamago, whose gentle flavor is nostalgic, elegant, and makes you want to eat it again and again, has been added to the menu.

 

The new arrangement is starchy sauce!

A new dashimaki tamago arrangement introduced last month is "Ankake Dashimaki Tamago" (dashimaki tamago with starchy sauce). The gentle flavor of the ankake is so comforting that it will warm your heart.1It will heal you from the fatigue of the day. Please be careful not to get burned by the heat. Sake is the recommended drink to go with it.

Have you already tried the arranged menus that have appeared so far? For those who prefer a stronger taste, "Dashi-maki with Sweet SaucewTamago" is recommended. The rich flavor of the sweet sauce combined with the egg yolk is a new attraction not found in standard dashimaki tamago. Please try it with a draft beer or lemon sour!

For those who prefer a lighter taste, there is also the "Dashiri-shirasu no dashimaki tamago" (dashimaki egg roll with a lot of baby sardines). It is different from the ankake (starchy sauce) and offers a refreshing taste. The sweetness and saltiness of the soft shirasu accentuates the flavor. This dish goes well with sake or shochu.
