Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Osaka Honmachi Ekimae Branch.
Seared dishes, in which you can enjoy the fragrant aroma of carefully selected ingredients and grilling, are one of the restaurant's specialties. Our chefs carefully adjust the heat, timing, and distance between the fire and the ingredients to create the perfect seared dish to be served. In this issue, we would like to introduce some of our signature seared dishes that are delicious right down to the aroma.

The delicious aroma that will make anyone's tummy rumble is the "Seared Surume Cuttlefish with Sweet and Spicy Sauce". The savory aroma of the sweet and spicy sauce baking, as if you were at a festival, will quicken your hand to hold your beer.

Cuttlefish tends to become tough, but the chef's exquisite grilling process ensures that the cuttlefish is cooked soft and fluffy, not tough.

 

A little effort goes a long way!

Handmade Satsuma-age no Aburi" is a gem of fluffy handmade Satsuma-age made in the restaurant and seared quickly on the surface at the end. It is delicious just as it is, but the final searing adds a savory flavor to the dish.

The fat floats up from the surface and makes an outstandingly delicious snack. Beer, of course, but we also recommend a refreshing lemon sour, junmai ginjo sake with its robust flavor, or brand-name shochu.

We also recommend the Oyama Dori Yakitori, one of our signature dishes, and the "Today's Kama-yaki" which varies depending on the day's stock. Please take this opportunity to order.
