Refreshing and easy to eat Cold Sudachi Soba with plenty of condiments


This dish is recommended only when you are suffering from summer fatigue and have no appetite. Cold soba noodles topped with yakumi (Japanese condiments) and a generous amount of sudachi (a citrus fruit) are perfect for preventing and relieving summer fatigue.
