当店のお造りは見た目も涼やかに、鮮度抜群の旬な魚を盛り合わせております。1人前に最適な量のお造りから、｢特選お造り三品盛り｣、｢特選お造り五品盛り｣と人数に合わせてご注文ください。どんなご宴会でも外さないお造りの盛り合わせは、焼酎との相性も抜群です。

山海の幸を贅沢に使った当店のお料理は、お造りだけでなく串焼きにもこだわっています。自社内での一貫した生産体制で管理され、ジューシーで脂乗りのよい旨味を追求された｢大山どり｣を使用した｢国産串焼き盛り合わせ5本｣は、｢もも・ねぎま・砂肝・鶏皮・レバー｣の5本盛り合わせで、味も塩とタレからお選び頂けます。
