This popular menu item is served in thick slices so that you can enjoy the unique flavor and texture of beef tongue. The beef tongue is savory seared and crispy, and can be easily chewed through despite its thickness. It is a dish that goes great with beer.

Our signature menu item is a special meat platter that offers beef, pork, and chicken on a single plate. We offer an assortment of three meats: medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken. Enjoy the sweetness of the fatty beef and pork, and the juicy and fluffy texture of the young chicken.
Served with three different sauces, please try which sauce goes best with each meat. 1,290 yen (excluding tax).
In addition to the items introduced here, we also offer other meat dishes that are perfect for main dishes, such as "Beef Misuji Steak 1,190 yen (excluding tax)," which is made from a rare part of the beef.
