Yaitoh grouper, a high-end fish, is rich in gelatin and full of collagen. The rich flavor that oozes from the skin and ara is irresistible.
This is elegantly prepared in the "Yaitohata no takikiawase" (Yaitohata cooked together). We hope you will enjoy this autumn delicacy. It is an excellent dish that goes well with sake, shochu, and other alcoholic beverages.

For those who are looking for a hearty meal in this autumn season of appetite, we recommend the "Black Wagyu Red Meat Steak". The black Wagyu beef thigh is seared with just the right amount of heat.
