The best part of dining at a restaurant is that you can enjoy the unique flavors that only a restaurant can offer. Yakitori, which is a bit difficult to prepare at home, is probably one of the dishes that many people want to make sure they eat at a restaurant. Our signature Oyama chicken yakitori can be enjoyed both inside and outside of the restaurant. Here are some of our signature yakitori dishes.

Attractive meat quality

Have you ever tried Daisen Dori yakitori? Daisen-dori are carefully raised at the foot of Mt. Daisen, and are characterized by their plump meat with little peculiarity or odor. It is juicy and meaty, and has attracted much attention from restaurants.

We were one of the first restaurants to offer Daisen Dori and prepare it as Yakitori. You can enjoy various parts of the chicken such as the thigh, liver, skin, and heart. If you are not sure what to order, we recommend the "assorted skewers," which allows you to enjoy a comparison of different parts of the chicken. The picture shows it prepared with sauce, but it can also be prepared with salt. Please feel free to let our staff know.

One of our signature dishes, the Oyama Dori Yakitori, is also available for take-out. Take-out is limited to the following items: "Tsukune Skewer with Cartilage", "Negima Skewer", and "Liver Skewer".3The two types. Tsukune is served with tare (sauce), and the other dishes are served with either tare or shio (salt).

You can enjoy our delicious Oyama chicken yakitori at home, at work, or on the go. Please take advantage of our take-out service.
