We offer a variety of seared meats prepared by our artisans. We offer the rare Oyama chicken tenderloin grilled on a large skewer with salt, our house-made herb sausage, seared pork shoulder served with oni oroshi ponzu vinegar, and the rare beef steak with mizuji (beef meatballs).
