Seafood is an ingredient that goes well with the seared method of cooking. Fresh seafood is quickly seared to bring out its flavor.

The "Overnight Dried Maiwashi from Choshi, Chiba Prefecture" is a gem that allows you to enjoy the matured taste only possible when dried overnight. Also available is "Seared Stingray Fin", which is a perfect accompaniment to sake or shochu. Please also take note of the "Today's Kama-yaki," which offers the unique taste of the day. Both are popular seared dishes.

 

Juicy and flavorful toriko! Seared meat is also available

The "Oyama Dori Chicken Toro Meat with Salt Grilled on a Big Skewer with Wasabi" is our specialty, seared Oyama Dori. The plump meat and the juices that overflow into your mouth are irresistible and well-received. The flavorful wasabi goes perfectly with the meat.

We have also prepared the crispy and juicy "KKK's Herb Sausage Seared" and the crispy and tasty "Selected Pork Shoulder Roast Seared with Oni Oroshi Ponzu (Ponzu sauce with grated onion). These are excellent items that go well with beer and wine.
