We offer a variety of chicken skewers prepared by our chefs. We offer a variety of skewers including thighs, skin, negima, liver, Oyama chicken meat skewers, and tsukune skewers with cartilage.

Seared menu with various meats

We offer a wide variety of seared menu items that are perfected by the exquisite cooking of our chefs. We have a selection of dishes such as the rare Oyama chicken toro meat with wasabi on a large skewer grilled with salt, seared coarsely ground basil sausage that will make your beer go down a notch, seared pork shoulder with onion grated ponzu sauce that allows you to enjoy the umami of the ingredients, and this rare piece of beef meat steak with grated onion and apple sauce.
