One of our signature dishes is the "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). The luxurious taste of the golden dashi soup stock, which the chefs spend a great deal of time and effort to prepare, is irresistible. Did you know that the "Sukiyaki Dashimaki Sandwich" is a variation of the famous dashimaki tamago? The softly baked dashimaki tamago is used as the dough, with sukiyaki sandwiched in between, just like a hot dog. The sweet and spicy sukiyaki sauce is mixed with the refined dashimaki tamago, creating a delicious gem. This is a unique and popular menu item with a large volume and a unique appearance!

The secret sauce is the key.

Even if we say "sweet and spicy" in a nutshell, the taste varies from restaurant to restaurant. The "Crispy Chicken Skin - Secret Sauce" is a gem of a dish with plenty of yakitori sauce, which can be said to be the restaurant's secret sauce.
