The perfect accompaniment to sake! We have prepared a selection of seared delicacies.

Hello, I am the PR manager for Rakuzo Osaki Center Building.

Tomorrow is the last day of August. The heat is still on, but some of you may be feeling a little sentimental. Sake goes well with summer evenings. Why don't you come to Rakura and share your summer memories while enjoying sake snacks and drinks?

Recommended as an accompaniment to shochu!

The "grilled and seared delicacies" genre, in which artisans sear the fish over exquisite heat, is one of the restaurant's mainstay dishes. The "Seared Stingray Fin" is one of our most popular dishes and goes well with shochu (distilled spirit). Please take your time to savor the delicious flavor of the ray fin.

We also paid special attention to "hokke dried overnight", a staple snack to accompany alcoholic beverages. You will enjoy its flaky texture and exquisite saltiness. The "Today's Kama-yaki" using the best ingredients of the day is also a must-try dish.

Plenty of volume! Seared meat is also available

The "grilled and seared delicacies" section also includes a meat-specific category. The "Seared Coarsely Minced Basil Sausage" is an irresistible dish with juices splattered all over. The fresh basil flavor is also irresistible. Please enjoy it with beer or a highball.

We also offer "Oyama Dori Chicken Toro Meat with Salt and Wasabi" to enjoy our specialty Oyama Dori. Please enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture that lives up to the name "chicken tenderloin.
