落ちついた雰囲気の完全個室空間にて、職人が手掛ける炙りをはじめとした料理や、種類豊富なお酒が楽しめる「全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 大崎センタービル店」。当店でぜひ食べていただきたいのが、ブランド地鶏である大山どりを使った串焼きと、炙り料理です。

本日は当店でご提供している、自慢の串焼きと炙りの数々をご紹介します。香ばしく焼き上げた素材のうまみをぜひご賞味ください。

豊富な種類の具材をそろえた大山どりの串焼き

やわらかい身とうまみがぎゅっと凝縮された、大山どりを使用した自慢の串焼きをどうぞ。

ももやかわ、ねぎま、レバー、軟骨入りつくねと、スタンダードな種類の串をご用意しました。お好みのものを1本からご注文いただけます。

また、いろいろな串焼きを食べたいときには、串焼き盛り合わせもおすすめです。

職人の技が光る炙り料理

当店自慢の、ボリュームたっぷり、ジューシーなお肉の炙りをそろえました。

ビールがどんどんすすむ粗挽きバジルソーセージの炙りや、希少部位である大山どり鶏トロ肉の大串塩焼き山葵添え、ワンハンドで豪快にかぶりつける栗豚使用豚タンの大串焼きをご用意しました。

ほかにも極旨鉄板スパイシーチキンや厳選豚の肩ロース炙り鬼おろしポン酢、希少部位の特選　牛ミスジのステーキおろし玉葱とリンゴのソースがございます。牛中落カルビ大串・豚肩ロース大串・鶏トロ大串を豪快にワンプレートに盛り付けた、楽蔵の3種大串肉盛りはシェアにもおすすめです。
