Courses with an abundance of premium ingredients

The "Japanese-Western Fusion Course," using luxurious ingredients, as the name suggests, combines the best of Japanese and Western cuisines.

For the main course, we have prepared a Japanese black beef steak, five kinds of sashimi specially selected by the chef, ankimo majo soup with grated radish sauce, snow crab with crab miso, tempura of puffer fish and prawns, and for the final meal, sushi on the chef's choice.

Highest grade of Kyokkaiseki course

The "Kyokkaiseki Course" is the highest-ranked course among the courses offered at our restaurant. Based on the "Japanese-Western" course, we have upgraded the menu to include dishes such as Oyama chicken bone Tsukune, whole abalone Tempura, and Hime clam soup.

All courses include 2 hours of all-you-can-drink service.
