Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Osaki Center Building Store.
We have prepared a seasonal menu using spring ingredients that will be in season from now on. We hope you can feel the atmosphere of spring from our dishes full of seasonal ingredients.
Yodarechicken with Namul (spring vegetables)
Yodarechicken is a Chinese dish commonly eaten in Sichuan Province, and as its name suggests, it is so delicious that it will make you drool! It is said to be the most delicious. It is an appetizer consisting of boiled, cold slices of chicken topped with a flavorful sauce filled with spices and condiments. Our sauce has a spicy flavor with sansho (Japanese pepper), raayu (Chinese chili oil), sesame, and garlic. The fragrant sansho accent whets the appetite. (580 yen)
Sashimi of sakura shrimps
The clear, bright cherry blossom color is very appetizing. This sashimi has a very fragrant, nourishing and gentle taste. (680 yen)
Spring Green Pizza - Japanese style Genovese
This pizza is filled with spring greens and clams, and has a refreshing taste with a pleasant shiso flavor. (680 yen)
Japanese A4 Wagyu beef lean steak
A4 Wagyu beef thigh meat from Japan is used. It is popular for its firm, lean flavor, yet light and refreshing. (1,780 yen)
How was it?
Please enjoy our limited seasonal menu.
